When you join
Our informal induction usually begins with a personal welcome when you'll find out all about the firm and the benefits we provide.
Within two months of starting, you will have got to know the people and systems. We will send you on appropriate training courses to improve your areas of expertise within the industry for the joint benefit of tag & co and your personal development. We are a people based firm with a massive focus on hard work and fun, you will know if we are right for you within this period.
Performance Management System
Our Performance Management System is based on twice-yearly reviews of your career progression. This ensures you are set clear goals and objectives and receive the necessary guidance and coaching to meet your career and personal aspirations. It's a two-way process where we encourage you to discuss past performance and future improvement.
